ARROW meets every second Wednesday of the month in Room #2424 Space Research Building on the University of Michigan’s North Campus (2455 Hayward St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109). NOTE: The doors automatically close at 7:00 pm. So please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are locked out please give a call on the 146.96 (-ve) repeater frequency. Click here for maps and parking information.
The meetings start at 7:00 pm for a half-hour of socializing. This is followed by announcements and discussion of club activities and then a speaker on an amateur radio topic.
The December meeting is when we elect officers for the new year. In addition, we also have a “white elephant” gift exchange. Members are encouraged to bring in something from their shack that may be useless to them, but that another ham might consider a treasure (or not). It’s a lot of fun.
If you have a project that you’re working on that you think others would be interested in hearing about, contact Dan, KB6NU at cwgeek@kb6nu.com. He’ll put you on the schedule and will even help you hone your presentation.
